Businessman Gjergj Luca has shown through a video the whole procedure of preparing tuna fish.

He states that the base is fresh fish from the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, which is processed using modern technology.

Luca points out that tuna is full of omega 3, it's full of an incredible fat that's good for health, heart, dieters, it's full of vitamins. 

The entrepreneur emphasizes that this tone is recommended for longevity.
