Journalist Artan Hoxha has discovered another case involving Alma Kaçi, the woman who appeared in the video scandal with Safet Gjicin. 

Invited to the show "The Unexposed", the newspaper said that Kaçi was sentenced by the court also because he sent blackmailing photos to the teenage daughter of a senior police officer in Durrës, where the latter appeared naked. 

"There is another decision, given by judge Migena Laska, and the lady in question was the defendant, but there she was accused of blackmailing minors. In this case, the defendant was accused because she took a video and some messages, to the teenage daughter of a senior police official in Durrës. He took it to her and said your father is my boyfriend. The teenage girl told him, my father has my mother, and this led to a video and photos where he appears naked and has Alma's name written on his body. Alma tells the girl, if your father had your mother, he would have her name and not mine.   Alma Kaçi was found guilty and sentenced, also because of conditions and problems, he was sentenced to a sum of 2 million old lek. It was also used for blackmail before. There were even more important officials. One in Durrës was a high political representative who went as far as committing suicide. There was also a another case, who received housing from the reconstruction fund. That issue was never published," said the journalist. 

Regarding the punishments of Safet Gjici and Alma Kaçi, Hoxha stated that it seemed like a punishment "neither meat nor fish". A few days ago, the Special Court announced the verdict and sentenced the former mayor of Kukës Municipality to 3 years in prison. The sentence is reduced by 2 years from the abbreviated trial. 

Meanwhile, for Alma Kaçi, the court sentenced her to 1 year in prison, declaring her guilty of prostitution./ CNA
