Arben Llangozi: Regarding Mr. Boçi, we have a whole life that is favored, it's been about 10 years since the KLD Institution protected him at that time, but the High Inspectorate of Justice did not even investigate him. With the actions taken by the High Inspectorate of Justice, public houses have been legalized in the courts. This justice system has reached this kind of religion because for a presiding judge to demand sexual relations in the court institution and openly threaten just because a citizen refused to have sexual relations with this judge, I don't think this should be compared to the violations committed by the president of the court of Elbasan.

Enkeleda Kapedani was the judge who published videos in social networks in violation of ethics, which resulted in a disciplinary investigation against her by the ILD.

Arben Llangozi: Only the fact that a presiding judge threatens a citizen with bullets is a criminal offense related to threatening a citizen and abuse of office is the second because a presiding judge should not threaten a person, so we have two crimes consumed ascertained by the court, but corruptly covered up by the High Inspectorate of Justice. So this is not the only case, we have endless cases that the High Inspector of Justice has favored. We have the case of judge Blerta Çibuku, who was again favored by the High Inspectorate of Justice, no action was taken just because she had her close friend who had influenced this process, whose name was Marsela Pepi, who is currently judge at the Tirana Court of Appeal.

Oli Visi was a prosecutor who was denounced by the show "Stop" on several occasions, no measures were taken by the High Inspectorate of Justice, she was even favored because it is not just one case that was published , but there are dozens of cases and dozens of actions that this prosecutor covered up and no action was taken until the last day when the vetting decided the dismissal.
