4 employees of the Regional Directorate of the Road Transport Service are

The device of drivers of vehicles, with false certificates of darkening the windows, has led to the imprisonment of 2 citizens, owners of 2 businesses with this commercial activity.

Also, 4 employees of the Regional Directorate of the Road Transport Service, Fier, have been suspended from duty, as they are suspected of having consumed elements of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

Police Notification:

Në kuadër të një procedimi penal, të referuar nga Seksioni për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomiko-Financiare i DVP Fier dhe të ndjekur në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Fier, pas një hetimi disamujor, u organizua dhe u finalizua operacioni policor i koduar “Kolaudimi”, në kuadër të të cilit u ekzekutuan masat e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, për shtetasit:

-V. D., 29 vjeç dhe Xh. A., 32 vjeç, të dy banues në Fier, për veprën penale “Falsifikimi i dokumenteve”.

Gjithashtu, në kuadër të këtij operacioni, u ekzekutuan masat e sigurisë “Pezullimi i ushtrimit të një detyre a shërbimi publik”, për veprën penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”, për shtetasit:

-R. S., 32 vjeç, I. N., 45 vjeç, M. M., 39 vjeç dhe D. Xh., 34 vjeç, të katërt banues në Fier.

From the investigative actions carried out, it turned out that the citizens VD and Xh. A., through the relevant businesses, provided vehicle drivers with fake window tinting certificates, while 4 suspended employees of the Fier Regional Directorate of Road Transport Service, allegedly knowing about the falsity of these certificates, rated the vehicles as regularly, during the checks they carried out, at the inspection points, in Fier and Lushnja./CNA.al
