"Gazi i Lulit" is exalted / Passionately defends the illegal

The deputy of Lulzim Basha's divisive group has defended with great passion the demolition of Irfan Hysenbelli's illegal constructions.

Bardhi has spoken with great superlatives about Irfan Hysenbelli and his media, justifying that the demolition of illegal constructions in "Prestige Resort" is an attack on his media, when in fact Hysenbelli's illegal constructions have occupied the public space in sea ??side.

Earlier, the institutions specified that about 4 thousand square meters of sand and sea were occupied by Irfan Hysenbelliu with "Prestige Resort".

Ndërsa për Gaz Bardhin e Lulzim Bashës është e paprunueshme që të prishen ndërtimet pa leje të Irfan Hysenbelliu, që kanë shkelur hapësirën publike.

Ky grup mediatik e ka konsideruar kete nderhyrje si te paligjshme, brutale, dhe qe behet si nje hakmarrje ndaj linjes editoriale qe eshte mbajtur gjate kesaj kohe. Ne fakt per ne si opozite, keto media kane qene nje dritare objektive e informimit te publikut, ku ka patur edhe investigime apo lajme kritike ndaj Qeverise.

I support without a doubt the equal application of the law for everyone, but in this particular case the reasonable suspicion is that the interference in the businesses of the owner of one of the most important media groups in Albania is done as a form of punishment, political pressure and attempted intimidation towards the media.

I want to condemn this attack by the government on the media and media freedom, as well as urgently ask the Albanian authorities to stop the pressure on the media, to stop arbitrary actions, and to make this case fully transparent. The intervention was not accompanied by any official document justifying the intervention. And this is intolerable and very disturbing. When this happens to a large media group, what can we expect to happen to an ordinary journalist" , said Bardhi./ CNA.al
