"There is no investigation into the forgiveness of fines"/ Dumani:

SPAK head Altin Dumani, asked by Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka whether an investigation had been launched into the forgiveness of fines before the electoral campaign for the May 11 elections, said that it was decided not to initiate criminal proceedings and the decision was sent to the complainant, but there was no appeal.

"On the issue of the forgiveness of fines, a decision was made not to initiate an investigation, a copy of the decision not to initiate proceedings was also referred to the complainant, and this was not appealed."

Regarding the issue of patronage agents, he said that in cases where they are found giving money or engaging in other actions in exchange for votes, they are investigated for active corruption in elections, as there is no special law for them.

"As for the patronage workers, when they promise house legalization and mortgage registration, we have active corruption here, we do not have a special law for patronage workers."/ CNA
