Albania will send 22 soldiers and a ship "Illyria" to the NATO mission in the Aegean Sea.

The news was announced by the Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, at a media conference after the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
"Mission of 22 soldiers and a ship 'Illyria' in the NATO mission in the Aegean Sea. Important participation, we are active in KFOR, the largest presence in Kosovo, we are in Bulgaria with a platoon, we have offered to send more than 100 soldiers to Romania to strengthen NATO's eastern wing.
