The notary system is paralyzed/ services are blocked, the situation of July is repeated

The electronic services system of notaries built by ANA has fallen and as a result access to data verification has been lost. 

CNA.al reported on Friday evening that the Albanian Notary Registry has been out of order for two days, which means that sales and purchases cannot be made.

In fact, such a problem is not new. A similar situation that paralyzed the notary system also happened in July.

Sources told CNA.al that then it was somehow fixed, for a week but it has already fallen again.

Regarding this situation, there is no announcement about what will be done and how it will be resolved.

The Albanian Notary Register is managed by "Communication Progres", a company which, as a result, must be held responsible for the downfall of the site./CNA.al
