Sources for CNA.al inform that the Albanian Notary Register has not been in service for two days.

As a result, during these days that it is out of business, services, such as sales or purchases, cannot be performed.

The Albanian Notary Register is managed by "Communication Progres", a company which, as a result, must be held responsible for the downfall of the site.
