The head of PD Sali Berisha was asked by journalists when he learned that Basha was involved in the history of Russian financing and that the Mother Jones documents are true.

Mua filluan të më informojnë, emigrantë shqiptarë nga diaspora dhe këtë e kam deklaruar në foltore. Besoj se duhet të ketë qënë fillimi i këtij viti ose më vonë. Përpara e kam quajtur peng se ai ishte në hetim për larje parash. Ishte hap dosja, dosja duhet të ishte hap. Më erdhen njoftime se nuk janë paguar para nga diaspora, mendova se dokumentat e Jonnes ishin të vërteta.
