Arben Kraja is about to leave his post as the head of SPAK, opening the race for the new head of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The first meeting of the High Prosecution Council is expected to take place today, which is also expected to start the race for the new head of the Special Prosecution. 

The mandate of Arben Kraja ends on December 18 and as an obligation the council must open 3 months before the competition.

The head of SPAK does not have the right to re-election, he enjoys only 1 term, so Kraja will remain the prosecutor of SPAK.
