LAST/ Contraband oil is seized in Korça

After the case of smuggling of 2755 tons of oil by the 3 Lebanese and the Syrian, another case of oil smuggling was recorded in Korça.

The authorities inform that the citizen VD resident in the village of Goricë e Vogël, Pustec, has ended up in handcuffs for the criminal offenses of "Smuggling goods for which excise duty is paid" and "Storage or deposit of contraband goods".

During the control carried out in the residence of the citizen VD, in the village of Goricë e Vogël, 260 liters of diesel, suspected of being smuggled, divided into 13 plastic drums, were found and seized.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik-Financiar në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Korçë, në vijim të punës për goditjen e aktivitetit kriminal në fushën e kontrabandës me mallra, kanë goditur 1 tjetër rast. Si rezultat u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit V. D., banues në fshatin Goricë e Vogël, Pustec, për veprat penale “Kontrabanda me mallra për të cilat paguhet akcizë” dhe “Ruajtja ose depozitimi i mallrave kontrabandë”.

Gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në banesën e shtetasit V. D., në fshatin Goricë e Vogël, u gjetën dhe u sekuestruan 260 litra naftë, e dyshuar e kontrabanduar, e ndarë në 13 bidona plastikë.

Gjithashtu, nga kontrolli i ushtruar në mjetin e tij tip “Mitsubishi”, në pjesën e poshtme të karrocerisë, u konstatua një depozitë e modifikuar, brenda së cilës kishte sasi shtesë karburanti.
