The new General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, received the German ambassador in Tirana, Peter Zingraf, today in a courtesy meeting.

The focus of the meeting was the presentation and familiarization of the ambassador with the priorities, objectives and vision that the new Director General of the State Police has for the fight against organized crime, as well as for deepening cooperation with international partners, and in particular with strategic ones .

Ju siguroj, zoti ambasador, se jam i vendosur për ta ndryshuar vizionin dhe metodologjinë e punës së strukturave policore, me qëllim vendosjen e një strandardi të ri në raport me qytetarët, me partnerët dhe në luftën ndaj krimit të organizuar. Po krijojmë mekanizma të menaxhimit të burimeve njerëzore, me qëllim eliminimin e abuzivitetit dhe arbitraritetit, për t’i dhënë strukturave policore mundësinë e drejtimit nga njerëz profesionistë dhe të ndershëm, çka do të sjellë ndryshimin e impaktit në publik, sepse jam i bindur se perceptimet dhe impaktet ndryshohen me punë e rezultate dhe jo me emra.
