Top Channel's partner accuses SPAK

Mirel Mërtiri, who is known as a partner of Top Channel, has accused SPAK regarding the file compiled by this Albanian justice body on the issue of incinerators.

Mërtiri accused SPAK that the file for the Elbasan incinerator is fabricated.

He even stated that the prosecutor of the case made the file after serving someone in politics or someone in private.

Mirel Mërtiri: All those who have been accused in the Elbasan file are unjustly in prison. All the invoices, acts and evidence that the Special Prosecutor's Office presented are invoices investigated from 2017. It's all a fabricated file. The prosecutor's name is Klodian Braho. I think he did it after serving someone in politics or someone in private.

The witness says that he did not receive any letter

Mirel Mërtiri: I said give me the letter for which I was investigated and I was asked to appear before the Investigative Commission. There was no request to appear before the commissions. There were greater interests than appearing in commissions./ CNA
