The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana announced on Thursday, September 19, the end of the investigations against the former partner of the company "Vëllezërit Hysa", Agron Hysa, and the sole partner of the company "Sulova Ndretim Mujman", Elton Musta. However, the case in charge of the two defendants for the criminal offense "Forgery of Documents" carried out in collaboration, has been sent for trial.

According to the prosecutor's office, the conducted investigations have shown that Musta formally created the company "Sulova Ndrtim Uzman" in June 2014, while he continued to be employed by the company "Vëllezërit Hysaj".

"The investigation proved that the company 'Sulova Construction' was nothing but a creature of the company 'Vëllezerit Hysa' which was used by the latter for the purposes of participating in procurement procedures not in its name but in the name of the company 'Sulova Construction '", the announcement is quoted.

Hysa and Musta are accused of having submitted false data regarding the real participants and beneficiaries in the procedure for the tender of the Skërfica tunnel on the Kardhiq-Delvinë road.

The announcement states that the investigation showed that the presentation of the company "Sulova" or "IRCOP" Albania branch, in the procurement procedure is merely a formal action since in fact the company "Vëllezërit Hysa" was hiding behind them.

The two companies "Sulova Construction and Production" and "Vëllezërit Hysa" are part of the investigation of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, SPAK, for this tender. SPAK has charged the former director of the Albanian Road Authority, ARRSH, Sonila Qato, as well as other officials of this institution./ Reporter.al
