Prime Minister Edi Rama has emphasized from Brussels that in the process of Albania's integration into the EU there are two challenges, the predictable one which, according to Rama, happens when it works and implements EU rules and the unpredictable one when it happens that a state performs its duties but the institutions above they are not ready to wait for the work done.

But the prime minister underlined that it is important to do the homework.  

"There are two challenges. Where you work and it happens according to EU rules, the predictable happens and then when you have to go to the European Council it is unpredictable.

Sometimes you've done your homework and the upstairs isn't ready to wait for you. Let's see if the stars align when we are ready and they are ready. This moment will last. What matters is that we are ready to do our duties.

I'm sorry that it took Putin for the EU to wake up, I hope they don't fall asleep again with the end of the war, which is what we all want," Rama said./ CNA
