The arrest of this citizen was made after, on 17.09.2024, on "Klan" television, during the investigative show "STOP", the footage was shown where the citizen MM, a nurse by profession in the Pogradec Hospital Emergency Department, was denounced by a citizen with alleging that he was sexually harassed by this citizen.
