"Strong defense ties between the USA and Albania"/ Rama, meeting with General Cavoli

Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the commander of the US European Command, General Christopher Cavoli.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the strong ties in the field of defense between the USA and Albania.

In the post of the US embassy in Tirana on social networks, it is underlined that Albania's key role in NATO and joint military efforts, which are vital for advancing peace in the region and beyond, were discussed.

"The Commander of the European Command of the United States (EUCOM) and Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces for Europe (SACEUR), General Christopher Cavoli, met yesterday with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
