The real estate expert, Gjin Gjoka, in a TV appearance, answered the question of who buys apartments in Tirana and other cities of Albania today.
According to him, our country is dominated by foreigners, who buy apartments in Tirana and beyond.
"Foreign clients are the main ones in our country and many apartments are being bought by them, but not the same contingent buys apartments. We also have people from the middle classes who come, because they benefit from the soft loan," said Gjoka.
Gjoka also said that teachers and policemen also buy apartments. Among other things, he added that many Albanians who work honestly can buy apartments in our country. /CNA
