Sexually harassed a minor/ Fier Prosecutor's Office sends a citizen for

The Fier Prosecutor's Office has sent a citizen to trial for the criminal offense of sexual harassment of a minor.

Based on the details shared by this prosecutor's office, the citizen with the initials Sh.L. has committed concrete acts of a sexual nature to the detriment of the minor, consuming the elements of the criminal offense, provided for by article 108/a, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Fier completed the investigations and sent citizen Sh.L. to trial for the criminal offense of 'Sexual Harassment' provided for by article 108/a, pg.2 of the Criminal Code.

From the investigations on criminal proceedings no. 415, dated 01.04.2025, it was proven that the citizen Sh.L., has committed concrete acts of a sexual nature to the detriment of the minor, consuming the elements of the criminal offense "Sexual harassment", provided for by article 108/a pg.2 of the Criminal Code.
From the entirety of the investigations conducted, it resulted that the person under investigation Sh.L. with active illegal actions, specifically touching various parts of the body, has violated the dignity of the minor by taking advantage of her young age and social status.

The defendant Sh.L. gave her money and asked to exchange intimate kisses with her. After the harassment, the minor contacted her guardian teacher, who, in cooperation with the relevant social service, referred the case to the police.
