Buses in Tirana are reduced from today

Through an official letter addressed to the media, the Union of Public Transport has announced that starting from today the means of public transport in the region of Tirana will be reduced on all city lines.

In the letter addressed to the media, it is stated that the reason for this measure is the financial problems that the urban transport companies are facing.

The Public Transport Union emphasizes that their concerns have been addressed and discussed with the responsible authorities but have not received any solution.

"This decision comes as a result of the numerous financial challenges and worries that the operators of this service have faced recently. We have raised our concerns, we have discussed the problems facing our services and we have presented possible solutions, but unfortunately no preventive measures or reactions have been taken to mitigate the situation.
