REACTION OF THE POLITICALLY PERSECUTED AND RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES TOWARDS THE LEADERS OF THE ALBANIAN STATE AND THE DIPLOMATIC BODY ACCREDITED IN TIRANA FOR NOT CONDEMNING THE CRIMES OF COMMUNISM! THE SILENCE OF THE ALBANIAN STATE FOR NOT CONDEMNING THE CRIMES OF COMMUNISM BRINGS DIVISION AND HATE AMONG ALBANIANS!

It has been over 6 months that the National Union for the Integration of Political Prisoners and Persecuted of Albania in full cooperation and agreement with the three religious communities, Muslim, Catholic, Orthodox and Bektashian, addressed the Albanian State and supported the request of the Episcopal Conference of Albania addressed to the institutions of to the Albanian state to punish the crimes of communism by law as Europe has punished post-communism.

The President of the Republic Bajram Begaj, the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Edi Rama, the so-called right-wing anti-communist opposition, continue to be silent on this request, both constitutional and human, as well as necessary for political and social developments in Albania, seriously damaging balances of society in the country. It's been 34 years since thousands

Albanian families are looking for a grave for family members killed innocently by the dictatorship, there are over 6,000 Albanian families waiting for an answer from this state that calls itself "democratic." But the leaders of the state are silent!

When will you punish the crimes of communism by law so that we make a grave in their land for the martyrs of freedom, the heralds of democratic Europe. These innocent Albanians were killed by the gang of Katili, the traitor of Albania Enver Hoxha, whom you, who lead Albania today, only imitate to keep power and keep silent about his macabre crimes.

A President who does not respect the history of anti-communist resistance, who is silent about the crimes of communism, who does not give an answer for 6 months due to this national human demand, how could he lead the Albanian state? A ridiculous Parliament, which talks about the genocide of the second world war and does not say a word about the crimes of communism for 50 years, a Parliament which is silent about the crimes of the Serbs against the Albanians of Kosovo, shows hypocrisy about the crimes of the Serbs in Bosnia.

Can I serve the state of law and the protection of the freedoms of its citizens?

Can a Prime Minister who promotes the executioners and murderers of these Albanians to power and rewards them with leadership positions and staggering pensions, serve a democratic state and system? An apathetic opposition that came to parliament with the votes of anti-communists and family members of the disappeared, joins the government's silence on the crimes of communism?! Who does this opposition represent??? Albania continues the communist agony. It has been more than three decades since the politicians of the 90s took over before the Albanians traumatized by the communist dictatorship to build a democratic system, and the balance after three decades is not the rule of law but the rebirth of Albanian Stalinism. This political class created after the fall of the Berlin wall not only did not build a democratic system where free elections were held, where there was an independent justice, where private property went to God, where Human Rights and Freedoms were equal for all citizens. These politicians, in a clumsy manner, reconstructed the new Albanian Stalinism with the help of corruption and by not condemning the crimes of Enverist Stalinism, they destroyed the system of free elections and created a system for the society

Stalinist where the political parties and their leaders turned into rulers and irreplaceable, holding hostage the long-awaited democracy which they have held by the throat, not allowing it to die or live. These anti-democratic actions that are displayed today by politics and power with hatred towards the noblest class, resistance to dictatorship and peace-loving society are alarm bells for the non-functioning of the Albanian state!

Today we are the only European country that did not condemn the crimes of Albanian Stalinism, and we created the phenomenon of depopulation from Albania as a country that lacks the rule of law.

Today, the politics in Albania are made by the young Stalinists, who for three decades did not allow and do not allow free elections, the division of elites. Those who adopted politics in 90, they rule Albania as barbarians. The Albanian Labor Party, which committed crimes, changed its name to the Socialist Party, fighting with every means to protect Enver Hoxha's crimes. The Democratic Party that was sold as right-wing in the 90s, cooperated with the Party that changed its name only to keep power and not at all for freedom and democracy for Human Rights and Freedoms as the Albanian Anti-Communists and the families of those who disappeared from communism sacrificed for 50 years today they do not have a grave in their land.

How could the so-called right-wing opposition be silent, for 6 months in a row, to the request of the National Union for the Integration of Political Prisoners and Persecuted and religious communities, to the families of the missing 6000 innocent Albanians who today do not have a grave on earth Theirs.

THREE DECADES SEARCHING FOR THE BONES OF THE DISAPPEARED

Non-punishment of the crimes of communism / Besim Ndregjoni: The silence of the

Do these leaders of the Albanian state have a national conscience that, for the massacres that have been committed in their people, are silent about the murders and sufferings of their compatriots. How can these people build democracy, when they violate the right of Albanians to have a grave on their land. For 34 years, politics has not allowed any anti-communist to run the institutions of the Albanian state. If in Albania you have no connection with the dictatorship, you cannot become a part of politics or be elected and lead state institutions. Isn't this a violation of Human Rights and Freedoms in Albania?

Today, the voice of the thousands of disappeared echoes with the cries "Where are your graves, Albanian men and women!"

THE MARTYRS LOOKING FOR A GRAVES IN THEIR LAND

Non-punishment of the crimes of communism / Besim Ndregjoni: The silence of the

This human spark should shake all those Albanians, the media, civil society so that the democratic system works and give peace of mind to the thousands of Albanians who sacrificed themselves for freedom, democracy and equality and today they do not have a grave in their land.

To this day, none of their killers were not only penalized for the crimes they had committed, but they recognized leadership positions in the so-called "democratic" state and did not ask for forgiveness on the human side.

Mr. Ambassadors who represent the democracy and freedom of your countries, do not remain silent about this national tragedy that happened to the Albanian people and that today still suffers from your silence and your side with the rulers of the Albanian state. We bring to your attention that history repeats itself, at the end of the second world war, your silence left my country under dictatorship for 50 years.

We hope that the innocent blood of the Albanians who wanted freedom and Albania as Europe and in eternal partnership and friendship with the USA, made YOU aware, you join our legitimate demand that the crimes of communism be punished by law, and not become a party with the silence of the Albanian rulers! From the tragedy of the crimes of communism, we are bringing to your attention a massacre of 1948 to you who lead the Albanian state and politics: They were shot innocently on a night in March 1948, at 5.00 in the morning, near Rrëmaj in Shkodër, and they continue to do so after a grave in their land!

The existence of over 6,000 Albanians without a grave is never forgiven to the barbaric criminals, nor to their sons who rule the democracy and are silent about these crimes. Which Europe accepts YOU, who insult your countrymen by not allowing a grave in their land. How can you not be ashamed in front of the democratic world that does not condemn the communist crime and criminal, on the contrary insult this part of the martyred population by honoring the executioners.

How can you rule over the innocent blood of Albanians who do not have a grave in their land?

This silence that has been chosen by the President, Speaker of the Parliament, the Prime Minister, or the Opposition, this action of yours as the leader of the state brings only contempt and hatred towards Albanians.

This silence is treason against the motherland. Albania will never have peace, without the crimes of communism being punished, and the way you run this country, history will condemn you for your murderous silence as accomplices to the crime and criminals!

We, the survivors of the dictatorship who led peace for 34 years, are waiting for your public answer: When will you condemn the crimes of communism by law like all of Europe!
