The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has accused the government of sealing the theft with incinerators and returning to recycling.

In a post on social networks Meta writes that even today Edi Rama shamelessly lied about the malfunctioning of the Fier and Elbasan incinerators and avoided the fact that the Tirana incinerator does not exist at all, clearly showing that the head, the guarantor and the main beneficiary of this affair is only him .

He says that the Government in the Draft Document of Priority Policies for the period 2024-2026 foresees 113 million euros for recycling and the creation of functional areas for waste treatment.

Also, a new investment of 50.1 million euros is foreseen for Elbasan, while for Fier 63 million euros.

The result is that no incinerator works and Tirana's incinerator does not exist at all, while millions of euros continue to be stolen daily from the taxes of Albanians for garbage, which is buried in a primitive way, harming the health of citizens and the environment.
