The head of the IT Department at the State Police, Ervin Muça, has reacted after successive accusations that he interfered with the TIMS system server.

In a post on social networks, Muca said that it is a lie since the data of the TIMS system have neither been transferred nor alienated.

He said that he has not wanted "for so many weeks to enter into a debate with any lying donkey" but according to him "obligation to the public, to duty, respect to myself, friends, colleagues" pushes him to keep an open attitude.

2. When I get the confidence to perform a task, I don't start the work thinking "how I will benefit", but how I will serve. It is work of education, morality, honesty and manliness. As a senior leader of the Police, since the first day I have asked for detailed information about every link, part and segment that is related to my responsibilities. Pikërisht për këtë, unë në vijimësi kam kërkuar informacion mbi mënyrën e kryerjes së proçedurës së back-up nga personat që e kishin detyrë funksionale. Vërejta se back-up, një proçedurë aq e domosdomoshme dhe e rëndësishme, nuk ishte kryer sic duhej. Kërkova të ribëhej. Dhe…vini re: Si përgjigje kam marrë sabotimin. Sigurisht që jam aq i përgjegjshëm sa të mos i bëj publikë këtu në këtë reagim emrat sabotues që guxuan të cënojnë detyrën, betimin, integritetin dhe qëndrueshmërinë e sistemeve, por patjetër që po përgatis raportin tim, për eprorët dhe organe të tjera ligjzbatuese.

Unë, sot, tani, me këdo përballë, specialist i mirëfilltë, apo edhe autodidakt mëdiatik, jam gati të shkoj në institucionet tona hetuese, dhe sigurisht që një ditë do të shkojmë, për të provuar katërcipërisht se puna ime, nuk ka kaluar kurrë asnjë milimetër përtej përgjegjësive që më ngarkon detyra, e jo më të bëhem aktor filmash 007 me “vjedhje” materialesh mijëra TB në USB xhepi. Duhet të jesh shumë injorant ta shkruash këtë, dhe kush e di sa injorant të ndërtosh skenarë të tillë. 

4. Në fakt, nuk është vetëm njollosja e emrit tim ajo që më shqetëson. Është mbi të gjitha, mundësia se endësit e këtyre rrjetëzave të shpifjeve, mund t’ia hedhin pa lagur, duke fshehur të vërtetën dhe qëllimet e tyre të vërteta. Por për dijeni, po u kujtoj të gjithëve një fjalë të Budës: Ka dy gabime për rrugën e të vërtetës; të mos i shkosh deri në fund dhe të mos nisesh. Unë tashmë jam nisur.
