They were caught while eroding the bed of the Buna river/ 5 people are being

Five people have been criminally prosecuted after they were caught in the act, in the early hours of the morning, while they were eroding the height of the Buna River.

Around 02:30 in the morning, citizens SK, AS, MD, KS and BD were caught red-handed while they were eroding the river bed with an excavator and transporting the inerts with trucks.

These 5 citizens, organized in an economic subject, with the responsible citizen SK and the other 4 citizens as employees, committed this illegality against the environment, hiding the income they generated.

The proceedings began in a free state for the 35-year-old man with the initials SK, the 60-year-old man with the initials AS, the 34-year-old man with the initials MD, the 47-year-old man with the initials KS, and the 38-year-old man with the initials BD.

Also, an excavator and 3 trucks filled with inerts were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions./ CNA
