It's that simple," said Rama, who is increasingly under pressure from public opinion for the responsibility he holds as a politician for the major corruption cases that are hitting SPAK at the highest levels of government.

In fact, when he spoke about the sterilization affair, the prime minister tried to convey it with ready-made formulas that have been heard before, such as the one about doctors' statements about increasing the quality of operations, about reducing the time of hospitalization of patients, etc. .

But when the journalists confronted him with the facts, which could also implicate him in the affair or for the ambiguous positions he has held in the case of Beqaj, Rama immediately washed his hands of anyone involved in corruption.

Such was the moment when the journalist Ambrozia Meta reminded her of a letter sent to her by the union of companies that did not win the sterilization competition, in which they informed Rama about the abusive sterilization procedures, which today are being investigated by SPAK. Right after the letter they had sent to Rama, Ilir Beqaj had reacted even more harshly, violating the appeal deadlines.

The indifference of that time shows that Prime Minister Rama approved Ilir Beqaj's abuses with his silence, although he was informed in advance. But the prime minister said that he distributes the letters that come to him to institutions, while to prove that he was not part of corruption, he called on SPAK to remove the black water from the issue of PPP abuse and sterilization.

Ilir Beqaj është larguar nga qeveria shumë vite më parë, por gjithnjë ka qenë një bashkëpuntor i Edi Ramës pavarësisht skandaleve që e kanë shoqëruar. Në zgjedhjet e kaluara ai u kandidua në Shkodër, ndërsa më vonë Rama e emëroi në krye të Agjencisë që monitoron fondet e ndërkombëtarëve.

Prokurorët e SPAK, Edvin Kondili dhe Ened Nakuçi kishin vendosur t’i pushonin hetimet për Ilir Beqen pavarësisht se ai rezulton të jetë protagonisti kryesor i PPP 100 milion euro të sterilizimit dhe pavarësisht se firmat e Beqajt janë kudo në aferën e sterilizimit.
