Italian politics has considered as unacceptable the attack that Prime Minister Meloni made on Rai 3, thus coming to the defense of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

“Help me send our solidarity to Edi Rama for being lynched just for trying to help our nation. Even Tele-Meloni (RAI), you heard that Telemeloni right? He created a report about Albania in which he portrayed it as a narco-state," Meloni said during a rally of her "Brothers of Italy" party in Pescara.

After this statement, members of the Democratic Party of RAI's two-chamber Supervisory Commission reacted.

According to them, instead of explaining to the Italians the great loss of funds for the Italy-Albania agreement, he attacks the public broadcaster.
