The head of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has announced the details of the nationwide anti-drug operation.
Rrumbullaku said that the fight against the distribution of narcotics continues.
According to the data, 296 measures of arrest and imprisonment were taken, 356 checks were carried out in businesses and homes. 214 security measures have been taken.

They belong to 23 criminal groups.
Among other things, he announced that in 8 months, 829 kg of cannabis, 61.5 kg of heroin and 15.5 kg of cocaine and ecstasy were seized.

From the structures, 116 operations have been finalized with the involvement of 2-3 persons as distributors.
