The dismissal of Ylli Pulaj was done by President Bajram Begaj, at the proposal of the Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi.
This action comes a month after the news that the National Bureau of Investigation has seized the mobile phone of the Commander of the Air Force.
According to media reports, the mobile phone was seized as part of the investigation into the alienation of army property.
Also, SPAK has seized the phones of other lower-level leaders of the air force and some civilian directors in the Ministry of Defense.
