Measures to ease traffic in Tirana/ Here are the hours when the circulation of large vehicles is restricted

To ensure easier traffic and for children to arrive at school on time, the Tirana Municipal Police has increased controls and enforcement of road signs installed by the municipality throughout the city.

Traffic restrictions are in place during these hours:

• 07:00 - 09:00: Entry prohibited for Mixed Transport Vehicles (ATP)

• 07:00 - 20:00: Entry prohibited for vehicles over 3.5 tons

The police call on construction entities, businesses and institutions that use these vehicles to respect these schedules and plan work and supplies beyond the restrictions.

The Municipal Police will continue with patrols and measures to enforce these rules, with the aim of a calmer and safer city for everyone. /CNA
