Prosecutor Mara: Criminal group with three subdivisions, activity extended to

SPAK prosecutor Vladimir Mara announced that 29 security measures, including prison arrest, have been imposed in Italy and 22 security measures in Albania, as well as one detention order.

The prosecutor emphasized that we are dealing with a genuine criminal group, which had three subdivisions and extended to Latin America, Europe and Albania.

The prosecutor also said that there are cases of illegal exercise by state officials and cases of corruption by police officers.  

"29 security measures of arrest and imprisonment have been imposed in Albania, while in Italy there are 22 security measures, and we also have 1 detention order."

We have seen that there was a well-known criminal organization that had three other subdivisions that had criminal activity in Latin America, Europe, and Albania.

We have had several cases of illegal exercise of power by state officials, we will have an in-depth investigation, we have had a case of corruption of a border police officer in Durrës.

"Some measures have been imposed on the people who were transferring money and a company manager who was transferring money in crypto," Mara said./CNA
