Manastirliu: Sterilization has reduced hospital stay by 2.3

The Minister of Health, Ogerta Mnaistirliu, during the inspection today at the "Shefqet Ndoqi" hospital, together with the Prime Minister Edi Rama, in one of the 17 sterilization laboratories in the country, stated that the sterilization concession has reduced the days of stay in the hospital for patients with 2.3 days.

Among other things, the minister emphasized that this initiative has also reduced post-surgical wound infections.

"It has reduced the days of stay, it has decreased by 2.3 days of stay.

We are in a quandary even in terms of hospital costs.

On the other hand, the reduction of wound infections that the study of the public institute has also confirmed." - declared the minister./ CNA
