The last one seems to be the Municipality of Poliçan, which has announced about a photovoltaic plant that will be implemented by merging six operators into a single one, which have requested a plot of land for rent on the mountain of Tërpan.

Earlier, the Municipality announced in an open procedure "the granting of use of the area of ??the forest/pasture fund in plots 22 and 23 of the Terpan forest economy with an area of ??63,975 ha, property no. 957, zk 3584, of the pasture type with an area of ??417082m 2 and property no. 1888, zk 3572, pasture type with 222668m2, Poliçan Municipality, for placing stations, bases for photovoltaic panels for the purpose of energy production with a term of up to 10 years".

But this is not the only photovoltaic project. Another similar procedure was opened by the Polican Municipality for granting use of the surface of the forest/pasture fund in plots 12 and 24 of the Terpan forest economy with 60 ha, property no. 1890/1, zk 3572, of the pasture type with surface 6 400m 2, property no. 974/3, zk 3584, of the pasture type with an area of ??240 090m2, property no. 1378/1, zk 3619, of the pasture type with an area of ??353510 m.

For this, another company has given an offer, namely X ONE "SHPK" for an amount of 10.5 million ALL.

Even in this case, the leasing is oriented towards the placement of stations, bases for photovoltaic panels for the purpose of energy production.
