Bad weather and heavy rainfall have been affecting the country for several days, causing massive flooding throughout Albania.

Despite the alarming situation, the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla, remembered to go out into the field this evening, and precisely at night, where problems due to darkness are identified with difficulty or not at all.

Even though he took the trouble to go out of his office and see up close what the floods have caused, specifically in the village of Sheqeras in Maliqi, the minister is not clear about what he is saying.

"As you can see, we are together with the Minister of Defense and the Civil Agency team, where together with the drainage board and the municipality that has been present all the time in the situation that has occurred in recent days, we have several cracks in some of the embankments of some rivers. Here we are on one of the roads where we are going to the crack, so that tonight or tomorrow morning we have managed to close the part of the damage, the cracks in the embankments. A little while ago we were on another problem where we are nearing completion. Here we have made a diversion where the waters are now in the direction of the river, there are no more cracks through the waters on agricultural lands and this road is being made to pass and to transport all the necessary material so that we no longer have problems during the crack of the river embankment," the minister said.

The Minister of Qokas is misleading by saying that the damages are also being recorded.

"As for the damages, we will identify after the completion of all the problems throughout the territory of Albania, where we have had damages, we will identify after we have concluded the entire process of damages where there really are in some of the river beds or problems in some embankments, which are also nearing completion in Saranda, Fier and Lezha where we have been present. Then we will continue with the identification of all the problems that are facing farmers, livestock keepers and the agricultural sector," the minister said.

It seems that Andis Salla has taken time to go out into the field, because he is very busy with the movements he is making in the ministry he leads. The minister is changing all the people he has in the structures of this ministry with a single goal. He has started his battle to grow politically and the goal is to replace Arbjan Mazniku in the key position of political leader of the SP in Elbasan.
