Deputy Foreign Minister dismissed

Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Miriam Shyti, has been relieved of her duties.

The decision was made at today's meeting of the Council of Ministers. Meanwhile, it is still not known who will replace Shyti in office.

DECISION ON RELEASE FROM DUTY

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 6, of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers”, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Ms. Miriam Shyti, Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is relieved of this duty.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
