They allowed construction without a permit at "Ujit i Ftohte" / 6

Six employees of the Municipality of Vlora have been sent for criminal prosecution, after they allowed construction without a permit in the "Cold Water" area in Vlora.

They are accused of abuse of office, for having given permission to carry out works contrary to the law on the inspection and protection of the territory from illegal constructions.

"One citizen who built without a permit, in the neighborhood "Uji i Ftohte", Vlorë, is being prosecuted. 6 other citizens are also being prosecuted for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomiko-Financiar në DVP Vlorë referuan materialet në Prokurori dhe nisi procedimi penal në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin: – G. H., 61 vjeç, banues në Vlorë, pasi dyshohet se ka ndërtuar pa leje, 2 konstruksione hekuri, në katin e nëntë të një objekti, në lagjen “Uji i Ftohtë”, Vlorë.

Also, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and the criminal proceedings were initiated in a free state, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", for the following citizens: - J. Ç., 34 years old, with the position of Director of the Urban Planning Office in the municipality of Vlora; - KM, 33 years old, with specialist duties of the Urban Planning Office, in the municipality of Vlora; – RH, 34 years old, as a specialist of the Urban Planning Office, in the municipality of Vlora; – FH, 35 years old, with the duty of chief inspector of IMT, in the municipality of Vlora; – IZ, 31 years old, with the duty of inspector of IMT, in the municipality of Vlora; - MI, 30 years old, with the duty of IMT inspector, in the municipality of Vlora.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens have misused their duty by issuing a preliminary statement for carrying out works in violation of the law on inspection and protection of the territory from illegal constructions" , informs the Police.
