The Judicial Appointments Council, after reviewing the acts and the procedure followed for the verification of candidacies and the documentation prepared regarding the fulfillment of the legal conditions for candidacy, for each of the candidates defined in the agenda, after hearing the opinion of the People's Advocate regarding with the procedure followed in the verification of candidacies, decided:

Allowing candidacy and following the procedure of evaluation, scoring and ranking of candidates for judge in the Constitutional Court of:

Ms. Manjola Xhaxho, for the vacancy announced by the Supreme Court on 21.02.2019, 19.04.2019, 03.06.2021 and 15.11.2021.

Z. Ilir Toska, për vendin vakant të shpallur nga Gjykata e Lartë në datat 21.02.2019, 19.04.2019, 03.06.2021 dhe 15.11.2021.

Znj. Holta Zaçaj, për vendin vakant të të shpallur nga Gjykata e Lartë në datat 21.02.2019, 19.04.2019, 03.06.2021 dhe 15.11.2021.

Znj. Manjola Xhaxho, për vendin vakant të shpallur nga Presidenti i Republikës në datën 13.01.2022.

The ban on the candidacy of Mrs. Juliana Latifi, for the vacancy announced by the Supreme Court on 16.01.2017, 03.06.2021 and 31.01.2022.

Completion/interruption of the verification procedure of the candidate Mr. Tartar Bazaj, for the vacant position announced by the Supreme Court on 21.02.2019, 19.04.2019, 03.06.2021 and 15.11.2021.

The candidates for whom the ban was imposed, had deficiencies of one or several conditions provided by the Constitution and the law.

Candidates have the right to appeal to the Administrative Court of Appeal, no later than 5 days from the day of notification of the reasoned decision. /CNA.al
