Businessman Irfan Hysenbelliu, one of the people who hates paying taxes, had a major clash with state officials.
He called it an attack by the Tax Administration, a personal clash with the former head of that institution, Ceno Klosi. He then accused the former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, of personal battles.
In fact, from the very beginning it is clear how much of a man Irfani is, since he does not have the courage to say that he had a clash with Prime Minister Rama, that we do not believe that Irfani still sees dreams or believes the words of Pal Vata, that he and Enver did not know anything, Mehmeti had done it with his own head. But here the character of this businessman is also visible, but this belongs to another part.
Today the matter is in a legal procedure, namely at the prosecutor's office.
The prosecution's file has very simple material after an inspection by the tax authorities. In a building opposite "Birra Tirana", on about 35 thousand square meters, where Irfan Hysenbelliu was the land owner or investor, notarial documents, sale deeds for about 17 million euros of assets sold were found.
And for these sold assets, Irfan Hysenbelliu has not paid or declared a single penny in taxes to the state.
And this material was taken and taken to the prosecutor's office.
In fact, the file should be investigated and it should have been investigated quickly. First, to uncover the truth. Second, so that there is no difference between businessmen.
Irfani is a television owner and did not pay taxes and social security on dozens of other businesses. And on the other hand, he said it was a political attack.
Among the 2,000 businesses that had unpaid debts, tax obligations, and social security, a letter also went to Irfan. But Irfan went "crazy."
He started screaming why he had received official letters from the Tax Office, while other businesses were having their bank accounts frozen month after month, day after day.
But no one dared to challenge Irfan, because this was the great Fania, of "News24", of "Panorama".
Can Albanians imagine Fane being handed a document from the Tax Office "pay your debts"?!
Fania exploded, accused, attacked. And then the Taxes did their job, conducted inspections, found treasures. Treasures of undeclared, unpaid taxes.
On the other hand, when they checked "Birra Tirana", they found tax evasion. When they checked "Birra Korça", we recall the case where the truck was leaving the "Birra Korça" factory, with the invoice there were about 50 crates, while inside there were 100 crates of beer. Pure tax evasion, while it was being checked.
On the other hand, Fania was shouting "the state is to blame, they are attacking me with taxes, they are imposing fines on me". No one has imposed any fine on Irfan. Irfan has not paid taxes. They have checked him like all other businesses, they have assessed him, they have introduced interest. He should pay the state what he has not paid and everything is calm and clear.
Why is Irfan exploding over unpaid taxes? "Irfan should not pay taxes, others should pay taxes." How will business compete? How will others compete with Irfan when he doesn't pay taxes?! The state won't take the income? It won't pay the journalists' insurance?
So it's very simple.
We will be here and we will remind you day after day, so that the Tirana Prosecution Office does not sleep on Irfan Hysenbelliu's file, because there are 17 million euros invoiced with documents for the sale of undeclared properties in the state, without paying a single penny to the Tax Office.
Without talking more about what was found at "Birra Korça", where the truck passed and there was more goods than on the invoice. Without talking about what was found at "Birra Tirana" or without talking about the insurance and taxes in Irfan's businesses that he never paid, he delayed them. In the end, he declared war on state institutions. Why? Simply because they were doing their job.
And in order to have a state, the state must do its duty, first with the Irfans, with his friends and with anyone else. And therefore the prosecution must investigate quickly and with quality without being afraid of Irfan Hysenbelliu, of appearing on "News24", or of being attacked, accused and anathemaed by the media that he uses as a machine gun for his personal interests.
The prosecution must investigate to the end to show whether the companies are criminally liable? Have they committed tax evasion?
Irfan should be forced to pay every tax he has stolen from Albanians, every penny. Because you are not media when you use the screen to avoid paying taxes, fees, and insurance for journalists.
The era of Irfan Hysenbellinj must end with a full investigation by the prosecution, with the file being taken to court without a moment's hesitation, without any fear, without any hesitation.
This is the only way to establish the rule of law, this is the only way to have democracy, this is the only way to have capitalism, this is the only way to get to Europe.
Imagine somewhere in Europe, businessmen don't pay taxes, and their media outlets are blaring like Fane's screen, day and night, simply because they've been asked to pay taxes!/ CNA
