"Once upon a time, between the mountains, the echo of men was emitted, as the only means of communication between people who lived far from each other."
This is how the documentary "Anywhere and whenever with Vodafone... the story of a technological revolution in Albania" begins, which premiered last night on the big screen of the cinema, in the presence of Vodafone's associates, partners and teams, in the 21 years of operation in the Albanian market.
In this documentary, a long history of success is shown, where the nostalgic past meets the digital present and the future of artificial intelligence and 5G. The documentary talks about the changing times and how in its course Albania, like all other countries of the world, overcame the era of telephone booths and cable phones and how Albanians began to enjoy the liberalization of communication and the new technological reality , even in the deepest rural areas. This is thanks to strategic and visionary investments in the country by the Vodafone company, which entered the market in 2001, to offer Albanians endless innovative opportunities in communication, education, employment, business and entertainment.

Vodafone Albania is the pioneer of every technological development and digitization, from IoT solutions to everyday applications... Always continuing to make a difference in the Albanian market.
It was the first to introduce Blackberry services in the country in 2009. The first to offer 3G technology in Albania in 2010. The first to launch 4G and 4G+ technology, bringing Internet browsing to an even more advanced level for its customers. The first to bring the 5G experience to Albania and, of course, the first to offer innovative solutions in every field of business life, even in agriculture, through IoT (Internet of Things). And, as we would understand during the Covid-19 pandemic, through the services and initiatives it undertook, Vodafone made people understand and appreciate like never before the power and ability of technology to keep us connected even when we are isolated.
A pioneering company in business and technology can only be so in the language of communication, in the way it conveys news to the public. That's why Vodafone Albania has conceived bold projects aimed at young people, such as JUTH, as well as bringing real, tangible stories where everyone can find themselves... thus breaking out of clichés and frames.

Many characters, today successful in the market, once images of Vodafone's big campaigns, have become part of this philosophy. Alban Skenderaj, brothers Donald and Romeo Veshaj, Klea Huta, etc. testify to the extraordinary impact that Vodafone Albania had at the beginning of their careers. While journalists such as Bledi Fevziu and Lutfi Dervishi, talk about the irrefutable evidence of the impact that Vodafone Albania has had in the community, in the media and in the development of the country in every aspect, so much so that Vodafone Albania is described as "the international company, which merged with the spirit and the culture of Albanians.
#KudoMeVodafone has already become the leitmotif of travel bloggers as they promote Albania, but it would also be appropriate to say #KurdoMeVodafone. When there are fires, like those in Karaburun; when there are fatal earthquakes, when girls and women are violated and need technology like the Brightsky app to help them; when young people need to improve digital skills, like Next Generation, or when they need places like TUMO, the largest multi-functional center of digital education of young people in Albania.
It's been 21 years of Vodafone, 21 years during which the largest telecommunications company has managed to do great, beautiful things in the transformation of communication and technology and make the lives of Albanians easier, thanks to the best network and fast, fixed and mobile, certified for years by Umlaut! " Together we can do even greater things in the coming years " is the promise of the new General Manager of Vodafone Albania, Balazs Revesz, who was presented for the first time at the premiere of the documentary that brought 21 years of success of Vodafone in Albania./ CNA.al
