Searches at Google offices/ GJKKO dismisses Arbër Veliaj's complaint

The Special Court has rejected the request of Arbër Veliaj, brother of the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, regarding the SPAK control of the offices of the "Google" company.

According to reports, the court has deemed SPAK's control and seizure of several contracts of the company "Gogel" as legal. It was Judge Atalanta Zeqiraj who dismissed the appeal of Arbër Veliaj's defense.

We recall that a few days ago, by decision of the Criminal Court, BKH agents landed at the offices of the "Gogel" company owned by the brother of the mayor arrested for 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj.

From the checks carried out, BKH agents found and seized contracts, documents and service invoices. The checks were carried out within the framework of SPAK's investigative actions regarding the "Veliaj" file. /CNA
