The head of the panel of the College, Rezarta Schuetz, said that at the end of the examination of the petitions of the parties, it was concluded that Pano is in the conditions of insufficient declaration of assets. According to her, KPA finds the financial impossibilities found by the Public Commissioner to be right.

Schuetz said that the non-declaration of the cash balance in years, as the only legal way to consider those amounts in the financial analysis, makes the subsequent declaration to the ILDKPKI in the "veting" statement unreliable.

As a result, the College has found Nino's claim to be correct for the inability of the subject to create liquidity, for the payment of the first installment of the apartment, concluding that Pano is in the conditions of insufficient declaration of assets.

While professional problems are considered by KPA that they cannot serve as a basis for considering the subject as unsuitable in this criterion.
