Scandalous situation on the Ring lines in Tirana/ Passenger faints in the urban area

CNA has repeatedly denounced the scandalous state of urban transport in Tirana.

The buses of different lines have delays, but also not very good conditions, from air conditioners to hygiene.

The situation worsens even more with rising temperatures. A scandalous case was also registered this Monday.

Dozens of people waited in line at the stations along the Foreign Ministry road for almost half an hour.

When the city arrived, the windows were closed and the air was heavy. As a result of this situation, an elderly woman experienced heatstroke and was quickly taken out of the city.

The Consumer Agency informs that in these cases of violations the fine against the urban line company is negligible, even ridiculous.

On the other hand, the Directorate of Transport in the Municipality of Tirana states that the management by the private company is not conditioned by the municipality./ CNA
