Scandal: The financial compensation of former political victims ends in 2054

The Advisor for Economic Affairs in DP, Dorjan Teliti, has stated that the former political persecuted are one of the most forgotten and mocked by the government.

He recalls that in 2013 SP promised that the financial compensation payments would be fully completed within the first mandate (within 2017).

But at these rates, according to KLSH, the process of financial compensation for former political victims and their heirs ends in 2054.

 "The former political persecuted are clearly one of the layers of society that were not only forgotten, but also badly mocked by the government.

SP 2013 promise: Complete financial compensation payments within the first term (within 2017).

Fact 1: The government not only lied, but reduced the annual compensation fund by three times, from 3 billion ALL/year in the budget of KM Berisha, to only 1 billion ALL/year of KM Rama.

Fact 2: At these rates, according to the Supreme Court, the process of financial compensation for former political victims and their heirs will end in 2054.

Fact 3: What will the beneficiaries enjoy until 2054, while inflation (often even 2-digit) will erode the installments they will receive in the next three decades?
