KKT approved 73 building permits/ Here are the new projects, by type and area

The National Council for Territory and Water (NCT) approved 73 construction permits during April of this year. These include projects in the coastal area.

These projects include high-rise towers, coastal resorts and other infrastructure projects. The value of these projects reaches over 1 billion euros.

Some of the resorts will be built in the Darëzeza area and some others in the Zvërnec area.

In the Zvërnec area, it is learned that permission has been granted for a large resort. The construction will be carried out by the Zvërnec South Adriatic Development company.

The approval of building permits could not fail to affect the capital.

Several multi-story towers will be added to Tirana, as well as another 49-story building on 'Reshit Petrela' Street.
