EXCLUSIVE - The third person who 'sold' Ajola Xoxë and Erion

Following the announcement by SPAK that the charges had been communicated to the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, his wife Ajola Xoxa and other persons included in his investigative file, the acts have begun to be revealed, as the latter are from the defense lawyers at SPAK.

In fact, so far, the media has reported on two people who have changed their testimony and cooperated with justice.

The first is Adela Kondakçiu, a former financier and one of Ajola Xoxa's closest people and the first woman to become a SPAK defector.

The second is Gentian Sula of NOA, who was actually initially reported to be the man who had guaranteed 115 thousand euros, but as reported today by the media, including CNA, he later changed his testimony and stated that everything was prepared by Ajola Xoxa.

Who is the third person?

There is a third person in the documents, who has given testimony against Ajola Xoxa and has helped SPAK in finding evidence. It is enough to read the documents and it is easy to see that Marisa Nito (Abule), the wife of the much-discussed Elman Abule, Erion Veliaj's friend who has traveled far with him, as far as Japan, has provided not insignificant details to SPAK .

The accusations against Abula

Elman Abule is a well-known figure in the justice system. Elman Abule is a businessman with Belgian citizenship, from whom 50 million euros were seized.

According to the prosecution, from the investigation conducted, sufficient evidence was obtained that creates reasonable suspicion that citizens Elman Abule, in collaboration with citizens KB, EB, etc., have committed the criminal offense "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" committed in collaboration, provided for by Article 287, paragraph two of the Criminal Code, and it is suspected that their wives were also involved in this scheme.

Abule was convicted in Belgium, where he also served his sentence within the framework of criminal groups. Also, from the evidence administered up to this stage of the investigation, there is a reasonable suspicion that this citizen has also committed the criminal offense of "Smuggling of Licensed Goods", provided for by Article 173 of the Criminal Code.

In the context of his illegal activity, citizen Elman Abule has established a series of commercial companies, with the aim of masking the carrying out of illegal activities on his part, with activities considered legal. This citizen, through the creation of a series of companies, some of them under the administration of citizens KB or VA, have created a genuine scheme for laundering the proceeds of criminal offenses.

Marisa Nito (Abule), wife of businessman Elman Abule

Marisa Nito (Abule) emphasized that Ajola told her that there was a tight space in the house and she wanted the third floor, exactly in the apartment that SPAK had seized, where it was claimed that the two floors were Erion Veliaj's alone, while the third floor was previously used by the famous actor Paja, then by other people and was not occupied by Eroin Veliaj.

In fact, SPAK found furniture during the inspections, ordered by Ajola Xoxa on the third floor, and there is also now the testimony of Merisa Abules, who emphasizes to SPAK that it was Ajola herself who told her that the space was narrow and requested more expansion, precisely at the same object seized by SPAK.

Now, we no longer have two, but three people.

According to the documents, it seems that there may be other people who have given their testimonies and have aggravated the criminal situation of Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa. Although, in fact, this whole story seems to be a quick, direct investigation by SPAK, with tens and thousands of pages of evidence, facts and indisputable documents, which show Erion Veliaj's criminal offenses, the most serious of which is laundering the proceeds of crime.

But, if you read the decision of the Appeals Judge, Engert Pëllumbi, it is seen somewhere that SPAK should have investigated Erion Veliaj as a structured criminal group. /CNA
