Another witness "sells" Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa

After financier Adela Kondakçi, who became a fugitive from justice, another witness has betrayed Ajola Xoxa and Erion Veliaj.

Investigated as part of the Erion Veliaj case, GS initially took over the sum of 220 thousand euros found in Ajola Xoxa's "Partners Law" firm.

This position has changed. In the secured document, the indictment filed by the prosecution, it is seen that GS has changed his position and has cooperated with SPAK .

Asked about the amount of 220,000 euros, found and seized at the "Partners Law" firm, GS said that it is not true that he paid cash or ordered this amount . The indictment also states that GS has indicated that the circumstances set out in the down payment contract are not true.

The suspect GS said that the drafting and signing of the contract was requested as a favor by Ajola Xoxa. A favor which he said he accepted, as he was unaware that this contract would be presented to the prosecutor's office and court.

GS indicated that the contract was not drafted by him and why he signed it, and that he was not told the reasons why Ajola Xoxa needed this contract.

We recall that Ajola Xoxa had carried out several maneuvers with the company "Partners Law" in order to hide the benefits received in a pure conflict of interest.

 

In February 2021, Ajola Xoxa filed with the Central Bank a decision of hers, as sole partner, to transfer all of her company's shares to Ms. Greta Domi . According to the document filed with the Central Bank, Xoxa and Domi had signed this agreement in writing since January 2019.

This action remains suspicious as it was filed with the Central Bank 2 years after it was signed. While the administrator of this company is Ajola Xoxa.

According to the facts revealed in the court decision, it also emerged that Arbër Veliaj's "Gogel" company has transferred significant amounts of money to the "Partners Law" company./ CNA
