Veliaj's trial, in the hands of lawyers

SPAK informed Mayor Erion Veliaj that he has been officially indicted and faces 13 charges for very serious criminal offenses . He faces a minimum of 7-15 years in prison. In fact, there have been several positions taken by his legal defense attorneys.

For all the media outlets that report that the investigations have been postponed for two months, this is a lie, a deception. We are simply dealing with a procedural deadline, the time that lawyers have to make requests and, depending on their requests, the 30-day deadline for their fulfillment, based on what they themselves request.

Therefore, it should be clear to everyone, to readers, to the media, to journalists, that the investigations into Erion Veliaj have been closed .
