The members expelled from the group of DP advisors in the Municipality of Durrës, Dritan Burgija and Arlind Boshku, have today given a statement to the media from the blue headquarters.

They have opposed the expulsion from the Democratic Party, while demanding the reasons why this decision was made.

During his speech, Burgija stated that he sought confrontation with the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha and denied cooperation with the Socialist Party.

"I have requested Mr. Berisha's dignity after he was expelled from the former leadership of the DP. Today I am here to receive explanations and to request my dignity. It is not a matter of positions but a matter of dignity. In the request, I explained that every line of the decision is anti-statutory. I have requested confrontation with the leadership here and I have requested evidence for my expulsion. These are very serious accusations for me and my colleague.
