The Special Court of Appeals remands former minister Lefter Koka for the Fier incinerator affair.

Koka requested release on the grounds that he had exceeded the 3-year detention period, but the Appeals Court rejected the request.

The monocratic panel composed of judge Miliana Muça decided to uphold the decision of the First Instance Court of the Kosovo Court of Cassation.
