The rainfall that has been falling in Lezha since midnight has caused numerous problems, mainly in urban areas.

The sewage system has failed to cope with the large amount of flows, causing flooding in the "11 Janari" residential block in the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood, as well as an area of ??about 11.2 hectares.

The water level has reached up to 40 centimeters, blocking the entrances to buildings and significantly hindering the movement of pedestrians and vehicles. Flooding has also been reported in several segments of the Lezhë-Shëngjin axis.
